Most of our recipes are vegan or can be easily made vegan (with the exception of the PB Sandwich Cookies). Some of our earliest recipes are simply vegetarian but I assure you the Jambalaya Pizza is just as delicious (if not better) without the mozzarella & the Pinto Beans with Quinoa are just as yummy without the goat cheese.
